all the information on our site, we will need you to enter
your information in the form below and send us a payment of
$50.00 to get you set up in the program. The $50.00 is a prepayment
that will be applied to your first $50 in remit costs once
you start selling subscriptions. Before sending you the agent
information, we will need you to read, sign and either fax
or mail us the documents listed below. As an agent, you will be acting
as an independant contractor and will be required to follow the guidelines
set forth by us (such as keeping the price lists confidential
and selling subscriptions only at approved prices) and the
guidelines set by the MPA and FTC (Read More). Please note: Selling on Ebay is not permitted.

To get started selling magazines and become an agent, you need to complete the following:
1. Print the below documents, sign and return them back to us. You may fax to 866-890-MAGS (6247)

2. Fill out the below form.
3. Submit your $50.00 pre-payment. You can pay with Visa or MasterCard online after filling out the below
form, use PayPal and make payment to info@subscriptionagency.com or you may mail check or money order to the address above.
Once all three steps above are completed, we will process your application and email you with your agent information when approved.
